OK so are cap is full. We are running on fumes on this team and we cannot afford to do a big ole rebuild. What is the plan? Need to sort of start with getting some upgrades in talent. Would i love to get a QB WR and RB hell yeah but we have a ton of needs on this boat to keep afloat.
Went into the draft like every team looked at QB and RB and WR.
We ended up bolstering the defense trenches and also getting some speed and reliability in the run and pass game at TE FB and WR.
1.25 HUnter Palmer TE
Pre TC 44/62
Post TC +4/0 48/62 LIke what i got here for sure
Post TC2-+23/+5 to 67/67 Bonified stud TE that we will use and have used last year.
EOS3-+21/+3 to 65/65 Stud starting TE need to get the offense opened up soon though
EOS4-+21/+3 to 65/65 Love this kid only 40 catches for 400 yards but down passing year and our 3rd or 4th option on offense.
Date of Birth: 2032-08-13

Pros-Good big play TE that really stretched the field. He also gets YAC and is a really big asset in the run game. Great blocker and seems to play even bigger then his 254 pound frame.
Cons-Not a great route runner but is adequate. I doubt we will get him 100 balls in a season but should be a good or great YPA or YPT kid.
Rating-70.2 Starter #1 TE on my board #46 on my big board
Expectations-COuld be totally hiding his RR bar but i doubt it and figuring he looks like what we see 58 rated. Should be a starter this year or next hope to open up the run and pass game a little.
2.25 Everett Harrison DT
Pre TC -26/65
POst TC-+5/-1 to 31/64 Looks like we have 3 stud defensive tackles
POst TC2-+15/-4 to 41/61 3rd DT in rotation but most likely plays a ton this year
EOS3-+33/-4 to 59/61 Starter at DE and probably our best all around pass rusher
EOS4-+36/-3 to 62/62 Monster at DE this year 9.5 sacks 39 tackles 28 hurries amazed if he does not make the pro bowl team
Date of Birth: 2032-02-18
School: Oregon State

Pros-Great run defender that has the quickness in the passing game to be a difference maker. We will have 4 deep in rotation at DT this year so you can see what we are trying to pull off sooner then later.
Cons-Slightly smaller dt type. Can play De but does not have the elite blazing speed on the outside.
Rating-rating-74.7 Starter #3 DT on my board #30 player on my board
Expectations-I doubt he breaks into the starting lineup asap but plays major snaps on passing downs and hopefully a starter next year. 52-53 rated starting DT.

Pros-Great big BP bar i see over 80 and a GD that i show over 90. He also has no zero bars. I had him rated as a 2nd round pick in this draft so i was tabbing him as we got late in the 3rd.
Cons-Not much to beat up here speed BP guy that should fit in with us and is an affinity. He also plays special teams.
Rating-rating-65.7 Starter #6th rated WR on the board. I
Expectations-3rd WR guy for us. We swung last year and missed on upgraded the depth. This one i feel more confident in. I see a 46 rated kid here.
4.25 Mack Hammond FB
Pre TC-25/52
POst TC-+4/-1 29/51 Starting FB was hoping a little higher but cannot complain so far.
POst TC2-+8/-3 to 33/48 Starting FB happy with the pick
EOS3-+21/-6 to 46/46 Starting FB had 28 catches for us too
EOS4-+27/0 to 52/52 not much in stats but we have a good FB here.

Pros-Strong kid and good sized dude that is stronger on the field. Really one of the better RB/Fbs in this draft in the passing game. Great run blocker.
Cons-It is a FB. Not keen on drafting them but i like this kid. Was looking at some TE to FB conversions and this guy i had as the 2nd best FB in the draft.
Rating-rating-55.8 Starter #2 FB in this draft(11th TE)
Expectations-Starter at FB. We wanted to upgrade all around and upgrading TE and FB should enhance the run and pass game for us. I have him at 64 rated which may be a tad bit high here and i would be happy for sure.
5.25 Leland Camara G
Pre TC -17/40
POst TC-+2/0 to 19/40 Love the bar action we have here wow
POst TC2-+5/-4 to 22/36 Backup G nothing hateful just roster maker type

Pros-No zero bars! So there is that! I have him over 50 in PB and RB and endurance which looks like a good starter down the road
Cons-Weakish at the point of attack and at G nothing really screams he is going to climb or creep.
Rating-rating-54.5 Starter #7 G in this draft
Expectations-I mean i think i have a future starter potentially at G. I love his bars and could be the type to sneak into the stating lineup this year. I have him rating right around 62 which would be nutty awesome
6.25 Jacob Harden P
Pre TC-25/52

Cons-Let's not beat around the bush it is a punter. Not excited but if he makes it through camp he takes the starting gig and saves us some cap room.
Rating-rating-58.4 Starter #5 P in this draft
Expectations-Starting punter. That is what i expect but not sure that is what i get. He is a 58 ish potential player at his peak.
7.25 Eddie Walling RB
Pre TC_24/36
Post TC-+1/-1 to 25/35 Probably our starting Rb or close to it.
POst TC2-+7/-3 to 31/33 PLayed a ton last year and played great with not a ton around him. 3.7 YPC and 470 yards in split duty
EOS3- +4/-8 to 28/28 One of our rotational backs decent out of the backfield and plays special teams
EOS4-+4/-8 to 28/28 yeah still in the rotation as a speed back for us. May be time to move him but i like him

Weight: 210 lbs. (Below Average)

Pros-Speed Speed and more speed. Runs good inside and has good endurance that plays on special teams
Cons-Let's face it. We are drafting a RB in the 7th round for a reason right? Shows 0 HR...That scared everyone away i am guessing so we will just need to have an offensive line to make it work!
Rating-rating-41.5 Rosterable #14th Rb on my list
Expectations-He may actually start for us or be in the strong reserve unit. I have him as a 41 rated RB.
Went into the draft like every team looked at QB and RB and WR.
