I think people just accept reguritated information without thinking in to it themselves. Then they wonder why they can't seperate from the pack. Having a RB who can convert 3rd 1-3 consistently won't show up on the stat sheet for example, but little things like this have an impact. Shapiro could not do that. You might remember me saying that I wish I had someone North-South in the snow game.

Post season Grade- 38/52 82 BS i love that but 24/38 RB, and 31/55 PB with only 36/38 endurance. He looks rough for a top 15 pick especially and offensive lineman. I felt he was overrated but he really looks lackluster bars and on the field-14 GS 14/52 KRBs ouch, 0 pancakes and 3 sacks allowed. I rated the kid pretty high on potential and he does not look to pan out as of yet. Grade B- I have to defend my guy a little bit. My scout has him at 42/60, BUT, yes, I was hoping for more.

No need to defend. Remember i mean nothing bad in this thread at all. I added this feature as a bonus to see who was drafted and watch it more closely and why. In my original grade on him i said i would have picked him and i loved his potential. I think this is something everyone should know too is that your scout will always give a higher impression on your player on your team. After you export you can cut him and see what his true bars are just make sure you have already exported.

1 - 16 (16) Oakland SweenDawg72 Malcolm Duncan CB Baylor Pros-Malcolm is a hard hitter and really loves playing mano a mano. He is the type of player that you throw on a wide receiver and he plays better to accept a the challenge of egos. His man to man skills are on par with the best in the draft. He is a big corner at 6 ft and 190 pounds. He had 16 career ints in his 3 year Baylor career so he has ball skills. Cons-He is a good tackler but struggles to really help on the run. He Got lost in alot of tape when he was in zone coverage. His feet and his speed were not on the same level and he seemed really less comfortable in the zone coverages in the drills. Grade-A Postseason Grade- 37/48 rated and good m2m 46/72 defender and a hard hitter 87 . He has some BnR 48 skills but really is just sort of average DB looking. he played really well getting 53 tackles, 9 assists, 1 pick, 9 defensed, 78% pass defense, 1 FF, and 3 recovered. He is the 4th highest CB in this year's draft and 12th DB. His zone is really slightly dismal and his hands are strong at 57/61. Grade B+ really looks like a player that can start but not one to be too excited about.

1 - 17 (17) San Francisco dthompso8 Jorge Newman TE Michigan State Pros-A superstar TE in the making. I know Tes do not get enough love but this kid is going to be a great pro. Jorge has great speed for the TE position and really is even better at making people miss. He is a good run blocker that is as physical as an offensive tackle at the point of attack. He makes the tough catches over the middle and everyone has seen his 1 handed td catch against Notre Dame. I think this guy may have the highest ceiling left of the draft picks with the highest floor. Cons-He is not the best route runner but is decent enough to be impactful. His pass blocking was sparcely used in college so that needs to be worked on. He is a little small at 6 foot 2 but more then adequate. Grade A+I have him rated as the 20th rated prospect but i was watching to see if he dropped below 20 for us to trade up to get him. POst season Grade- OK this one is easy. One of the top rated prospects from this draft. He is higher then all the positional players in this year's draft. I think he was a total steal. His RR is 37/63 and looks like it is more then adequate. 93 targets, 64 catches , 591 yards, 172 YAC, 2TDs. Grade A+ This is one of my favorite 3 picks in this year's draft based on value and bars.

1 - 18 (18) Los Angeles (A) imnkognito Percy Pappas S Colorado State1 - Pros-We have our first kid that totally skipped the combine. Colorado State was brutal this year but Pappas was all the rage and highlights on the team. He was their leading tackler, had the most sacks on the team, led the team with 9 interceptions, and had 4 forced fumbles. We did get to interview him and he was great on breaking down film and how he answered the SOle questions. He was a Juco transfer that only played one year at CSU but made the most of it. I wonder if the no combine helped or hurt his stock this year though. Cons-He had 9 interceptions but also had at least 5-10 times he should have had more interceptions on tape. He is more of a use his ability player and less man on man scheme. I have watched alot of tape on him and his run defense is just average despite his numbers last year. Grade-A Post Season Grade- 99 Punishing hitter with a 44/61 rating. His ratings are solid and looks like a good top 20 pick in afterthought. He may be more apt to play corner also with his 49/78 M2m, 44/65 zone, 43/54 BnR. His hands are legit with 44/51. He had some ok stats-11 GP, 10 GS, 35 tackles, 0 assists. His run defense is somewhat subpar and his stats on the season were pretty pedestrian Grade B Promising but that play on the field is really weak.

1 - 19 (19) Tampa Bay WilleB Jace Shepard OLB Memphis Pros-This kid is another wicked scary man on defense. He can cover and read the QB with the best of them. His combines were off the charts and he was my 5th highest rated player on my board. The major thing that sets Jace apart is his football instincts and smartness are completely off the charts. His tape shows him all over the place on the game film. Cons-When he was at the senior bowl he really struggled to get any bull rush and even got pancaked a few times. His coverage was on point and he was able to get the edge but once a lineman got his hands on him he would crumble from the pressure. Grade A POst Season Grade- 48/61 rated and wow he dropped to 0 PRS. That is a surprise but he ends up looking like a really good legit pick here. He had 72 tackles and 26 assists, with one pick 6 for 89 yards for a TD. 47/66 RD, 32/49 PRT, 92/99 BNR and this kid is more of a good coverage MLB. Grade A- decent season stats not as pretty as his look during the draft but looks like a good starter.

1 - 20 (20) Chicago davehibb Bart Gonzalez ILB Minnesota Pros-Bart is a big kid at 6 foot 4 and 260 pounds. He is a pure middle linebacker which is fresh to see at times. He is the 18th best player on my board. I had Andrews rated a little higher but you have to understand this kid is a tackling machine. He had 10 games of 15 plus tackles last year and 24 tackles alone in the Michigan overtime loss. he is smart and instinctive can cover backs out of the backfield. Cons-The tackling machine is really a 2 trick pony. He is really anemic when rushing the passer with his best ability is bull rushing some offensive lineman and just out motoring them on the play. He is really not a 3 down guy as he wears down a little heavy at times. The really odd thing is despite being a tackle machine he did not force one fumble in his career. Neat to see Dave Hibb take this non static guy. Grade A- Post Season Grade- I know Dave will not reply as he is on vaca here. 63/63 Rated 83 RD, 64 PRS, 86,80,47 coverage bars, 81 play diagnosis, 4 Pun hitter, and 48 endurance. 105 tackles on the season is awesome with 35 assits, 1 blocked , and 4 hurries. He also had a pick 6 for 76 yards and a td with 75% pass defense on the year to go with his 2 Forced fumbles. Grade A- Pretty much the same good player nothing to scream at. He has an endurance issue and is a subpar pass rusher.

1 - 21 (21) Cincinnati Julio Riddols Elijah Hancock DE Florida State Pros-This kid was not even a talk about the first round during the season. I think it is more because Elijah is great and everything and not elite at anything. he is a big monster at 6foot 6 and 306 pounds at defensive end. He could move inside and be a DT at times or full time. He is a great run stuffer and also can rush the passer with ease. He has a great one had bull rush move where he overpowers poor offensive lineman and throws them down. Here is where this kid is neat is that he can play LB also. He ran the linebacker drills and ran then as good as most of the linebackers did and this kid is such an athlete he outweighs them but 60 pounds at times. Cons-Where do you play him i guess is the number one question. I had him as a raw linebacker but i know there were 2 or 3 teams at the end of the 1st amazed he was still there at this point. he was my 14th player on my board and I have him on my board as a defensive end. Grade A Post Season Grade- 43/65 he still has ok defensive lineman skills here with 41/79 RD, 30/68 PRT, and 65 PRS. His coverage bars are ok but nothing to really move him to a linebacker and i really think he is an ok defensive lineman also. 15 GP , 5 GS, 1 sack, 1 block, 6 hurries. Grade B- I am guessing a backup DE or a marginal starter. I hope he is more but that is all i see at best.

1 - 22 (22) Miami * (5 min) Gauss Darrell Lloyd S Stanford Pros-Great hands and ball making skills to go along with coverage skills all over the field. He is a completely natural athlete and was the key reason the defense at Stanford was the best in the nation this year on the way to their National Championship. Darrell really knocks mouth pieces out of the opposing players and that is a stat above and beyond at times. Cons-Lloyd is a difference maker but he was marginally on the field. He seemed out of breath at times towards the end of the season of had injuries that really hampered him staying on the field. I hope that endurance issue does not translate into the RZB. He seems to rely on talent more then technique and will find himself out of place many of times. Grade A- Post Season Grade- 61/79 This guy is a corner waiting to be played at the corner position. He is only held back by his 4 endurance. He has the following bars-69/88 RD, 77/100 M2M, 56/58 zone, 69/83 BnR, 80/96 interceptions. He played in 15 games and started 5 33 tackles, 12 assists, 1 pick, 3 defended, 78% pass defense. Grade A I upgraded as i would throw him at CB and let him play 1 on 1 versus the WR with those coverage bars. A good pick here that i really was not in love with.

1 - 23 (23) Pittsburgh ezlee2 (online) Randall Springer DT Boston College Pros-He is probably the best defensive tackle in this year's class. I dubbed him as the Nose tackle in this draft if anyone needed one. His combines were incredible and outshined his play on the field which could mean potential. He had 10 tackles for loss in his 9 starts last year at BC. Cons-This DT class is a little weaker then others. He is my 6th best player on my board but i do not love him. His combines are so out of wack with his gameplay. He had 9 sacks in his whole career at BC and He had 91 total tackles in 3 years. I think he is a starter and a decent one at that but a little overhyped. His endurance looks like it may be an issue at times also. Grade-A- Post Season Grade- 72/74 rated with some bars that are really pretty 80/84 RD, 59/60 PRT, 72 PRS, 72/73 Endurance. I like the pick more now then i did on draft day looking at his bars and ratings. 15 GS, 37 tackles, 13 assists, 3.5 sacks, 1 block, and 6 hurries, to go with 1 FF. Grade-A I think this pick was as good as 80% of the picks. I usually would not rate a DT like this as high but a good pick this kid played well.

1 - 24 (24) Los Angeles (N) Sawblade300 Taylor Keeling S Louisiana State Pros-This is an odd pick. Keeling is a big kid and and played linebacker at LSU. Well he has worked out at the combine as a Safety. He is my 51st player on my board. He is an elite defender against the run on tape, he is a hard hitter, and is good in coverage. Now take that with a grain of salt as he was all of those things at linebacker at LSU and now he is a safety in the draft. Cons-Keeling played linebacker and has linebacker hands. If you have ever heard the old adage that is why you play defense that describes Keeling. His endurance is an issue in the move too as he was a 2 down backer with no real pass rush ability in college and not moving outside in space every play sounds so much more taxxing. Grade B Post Season Grade- 52/77 and this guy is making me eat my words. His endurance is 37/43 and more then acceptable and this is probably one of the best Dbs in this draft especially any that were drafted a little later. 80 in all the coverage and run bars with 66/86 interceptions. Saw really hit is strong on this guy in this draft 42 tackles, 19 assists, 4 picks, 5 defensed, 80% pass defense, He also forced a fumble and recovered one. Grade A+ Value, bars, and performance on the field. A really good value pick. This is 2 really good value picks in a row.

1 - 25 (25) Atlanta bighouserulez (online) Efrain Baker T Colorado Pros-Baker is the perfect RT coming into the league. He is my 12th best guy on my board. His hands when he gets them on a defender are more like a claw machine throwing toys in the chute. He excels in run blocking as one of the best premiere run blocking finishers in this year's draft. Cons-His pass blocking skills were so often not used at Colorado was an option run based offense last year. He has a motor on each player whereas he does not quit on a play but is not the smartest brick in the house. Grade A Post Season Grade- I try to not pick my players but damn i had value fall into my lap on this one too. He is the 4th highest rated player in the whole draft 70/75 and on par with pick number 7 overall. 89/99 RB, 37/39 PB, 98 BS, 71/72 endurance and this kid smashed it this year 27/65 KRBs 2 pancakes and did not allow a sack in 15 starts. Grade A+

1 - 26 (26) Pittsburgh ezlee2 Douglas Stewart S South Carolina Pros-IN college Stewart was a great man to man and run covering fool. He has good size and plays faster then he looks. He does not take a play off and loves playing on special teams. Cons-This kid is less of a star in the pros. He was my 9th rated S and around 64th overall. He is slightly overinflated but still a good solid man to man corner. He has some rough hands to do not expect him to scare many quarterbacks into throwing picks to him. Grade B+ Post Season Grade- 67/79 and another crazy great value. His rating is not as great as this kid looks on paper but he played lights out also. He has 76/100 RD, 84/98 M2M, 94 interceptions. The rest of the bars are 50 ish besides the endurance 87/96 and St bar 78/88. He put up 13 starts and 16 GP 59 tackles, 23 assists, 5 picks, 11 defensed, 82.8 pass defense, and 2 pick 6s. Grade A I know Rob wants an A+ but he is a great player

1 - 27 (27) Carolina * (5 min) pip76 Maxwell Andrews ILB Pittsburgh Pros-I loved this kid he was my other choice at pick 25 or at least on my option list. I have him locked it at 13th in my list. Instincts from Max are bar none. You will not find a kid that wants to play in the middle and get dirty on every play. He has the talent and ability to do it all. Cons-He has never played zone coverage in his playing days and will most likely struggle at just that in the pros. YOu can cover that up by throwing him in M2M or send him on a blitz as he is phenominal at both. Grade A+ Post Season Grade- 61 rated and i still would have been happy with him at my pick BUT i am happier with Baker. he has 59 RD,24 PRT, 68 PRS, 70 M2M, 0 zone, 81 BNR, 92 PD, 79 PH, 98 endurance. I mean this kid can cover and run all over the field. He is not the best pass rusher but he is a really good one. he played sparingly 16 GP, 4 starts ONLY, 32 tackles, 15 assists, 1 sack, 4 hurries, and 1 FF. Grade A- not as well production or playing time surprisingly. He is a good linebacker for sure but those subpar stats and playing time.
