Hi
Why would a FA LB with 8 years experience and 97 leadership not become my leader but a FA 5th year with 5 years experience and 97 leadership does?
thanks

personality? A leader isn't just leadership, its leadership + personality Not true. Just had this talk in IHOF. LDR is the only thing that matters. Once a player has at least eight starts, he's eligible for leadership. Experience then plays a factor as to who would be a leader. PER only comes into play for extent of the affinity or conflict. Here is Quiksand's reply in the forum. He quoted both Ben and myself in the first part and his response to all is in bold: Originally Posted by Ben E Lou View Post

Fewer than 8 starts means the guy will show up but only as "potential."
It also seems that experience only counts through year 8, so in this example both guys have the same effective experience, meaning it's just a comparison of their leadership ratings.
Personality of the leader and follower then combine to determine the magnitude of the effect, Exceptional down to Mild or even un-noted if the combo is very low.
I think we can all agree that Quik knows a thing or two about chemistry.
