There is so much rumors about me fleecing people. But murph came to me with that trade idea, I wasn't contacting him about Sybrowski what so ever. Do you want me to say no to such a trade proposal? And with many other GM's I didn't had any problems in the last few seasons, many minor trades that most of you didn't even notice that helped build up my team with chemistry and stuff.
Am I Sybrowski dependend, yes I am however I still went 4-3 without him which is decent enough. Also I had no cohesion on my QB who btw is horrible in AI. Furthermore this team is fully a Max Team and has nothign to with Tzach. And last season my team gave up a lot of yards but not many points and I lead the league in turnovers for the 2nd time in the row. Are turnovers luck based and heavily influenced by dice rolls, yes for sure, but do I help them out by my playcalling, I would say yes on that point too.
I feel like I can't get any credit for what I am doing in that league. Either its Tzach or murph or whoever who do amazing stuff, but I am the one who won 4 division out of 6 seasons and has the 4th best record in the league since I'm back with the Falcons.
I'm cool with ya all and I love your chatting, but come on anything we say about Nick are just rumors, but all he does say about me and my team are just speculations and rumors, too Not cool

At this point I think I understand how to draft fairly well, and assemble talent. The gameplanning is a work in progress. I DO wonder how much better we might have been with Ackerman under center through more of the season. I was ready to start him when he got injured. I am looking forward to next season. I think we can do much better.

No one ever talks about me fleecing anyone. That's why you should all start trading me your WRs. Guaranteed to get a good deal.

Freedom of speech and all that. It was just a private chat between friends that we let you listen to. I would encourage you to do the same. We have time on our hands. Set the record straight. I am sure Joel will host you in another video. I did rip people off a long time ago when I was a lad and dinosaurs roamed the earth. I can't remember the last time thar happened.

Good stuff as always guys. I'd love to come on some time. If you want to chat on a Saturday afternoon or Sunday morning, let me know. Or depending on time during the week, I may be able to make something work. I'll explain my rattled thought process so you can be even more confused about why my team stinks.
You guys were puzzled about my running game and why it's so bad. SO AM I!!!!!!!! What do you think I've been bitching about after every game this year?
Just to touch on a few things about what you said.
I'm a "if it's not broke, don't fix it" kinda guy. Joel said maybe I'm trying to change too many things. Nope. Not if I'm winning. If I'm winning I leave the GP alone. It's once I start losing that I try to find something that may work. So all those losing streaks, crashes and "chokes", IMO are completely random and out of the blue. Cause I didn't mess with anything to cause that.
I can't tell you what happened to Harden. He had more targets (led the team) that he's had in his career. So I certainly didn't ignore him. He just didn't play as well. Another mystery.
Griffin had over 1100 yards rushing but a below 4.0 YPC. Why? As you both stated, I have a good O-line. May not be the smartest bunch and the cohesion isn't great, but still...why? As soon as anyone has an answer, I'm all ears.
Dillon is underperforming. Why? I feel I have the right scheme in there for him. I don't have the best WRs, but also don't have shit there. So maybe it's a matter of getting one of those.
In a nutshell, I don't have the answers. But I'd love to come on and chat with your two and let you climb inside my brain. Maybe you'll find something hidden in a deep, dark corner that will release this .500 team from it's miserable history and unleash a competitive team.

Good stuff guys. Always fun to get 7-8 minutes dedicated to my team.
Cap space is a concern moving forward, but like you guys said, it's manageable. I have a few ideas for moves to free up space in the next year.
As for the age of my WRs, only McKenzie concerns me since he's over 30. Traded for him in a "win now" move and I may need to do another similar move in a few years to get another aging top WR. Urbanus is actually younger than Garrison despite 2 more years of experience, so that cohesion will be off the charts in a few years.
I'm all for any tips on how to fix Urbanus and Barber's ypt. My other pass catchers put up decent numbers, so I suspect it is something in my playbook limiting their success while keeping the others playing well.

McKenzie's GDF is like 35 and Urbanus is a little better at 55. But if you're going to have an offense that throws the fourth most short passes in the league, you need WRs with GDF in like the 90s. You need to start throwing medium and deep passes more often. You're averaging the 2nd best YPT in the league on medium passes. You're averaging the 6th highest on long passes. Your WRs have high RR and high BPR. Deep passing game is what they're built for, not a dink and dunk one.
