Apologies in advance for the smugness which I'm sure gets a bit insufferable at times. But it's so much fun to chat to Quik about FOF and I hope that comes across.
We had a chat about what it's like to play FOF as a Co-GM and also how we've gradually built a team together. Hope it's interesting.
(And shout out to Rylan, our fellow divisional GM, who said when we were up against each other in the playoffs a couple of weeks ago that if we won he wanted to see the Quik and Squirrel show revived and thereby sparked the idea. Here it is, Sir.)

First... congrats on the Bowl win guys. I appreciate all the content you put out. I've learned a lot about the chemistry system thanks to you guys.
That being said, it looks like your team got good after the tanked 1-15 season when you got Crowninshield. Until then, it looks like you had a decent team but were never really contenders.

...it looks like your team got good after the tanked 1-15 season when you got Crowninshield. Until then, it looks like you had a decent team but were never really contenders. And you're fully free to drag us and call that rotten season a tankjob if you like. Suit yourself.
I don't think there was any papering-over in the way we talked about it in the video. We made a big mistake as we wanted to push the envelope with the team and get out of the Rico Sharp doldrums, we messed up badly, and screwed ourselves. Yes, it yielded a top WR with our early draft pick, and yes he's definitely part of the soup now. And surely we are better for it - having a standout WR1 rather than, say, a standout WLB from our first rounder in that draft is a material difference.
Another way to look at things would be to recognize that we turned over nearly the whole roster several seasons ago, in pursuit of a stronger chemistry foundation and some better fit players. That yielded awful cohesion for a stretch, and our talent level was mediocre. We're past that now (by design in every element) and our on-field roster now is a high cohesion level nearly everywhere, in addition to being extraordinarily high in chemistry, and relatively high in overall talent. So, maybe there's more to the story than just get-one-receiver-and-hoist-the-trophy.
But sure, if a few seconds with the team history page just leads you to believe (and actively accuse) that we're some sort of semi-cheating one-trick pony and that anyone could have the same results as us if they only had the occasional tank-based draft pick... fine with me. We can just circle our occasional matchups against the orange helmets as ones we look forward to. That's fine.

Just imagine how hard I had to tank to get Quik to come and run my team

I know it's piling on at this point... but I don't care. It's ridiculous to accuse tanking for the success because they couldn't possibly know what they would find at the top of the draft, and it takes way more than a stud WR to win a bowl. Just sounds like sour grapes there murph.

Just sounds like sour grapes there murph. If the guy comes in, and somehow topples rob and Julio playing the ‘right’ way (which I think is a bullshit statement, as any way you wanna go is fine). Then he may have some level of clout to make these statements (however, I’d be highly shocked if he did that consistently). Until then, he just needs to play, and stop making people dislike him by daft comments like this and just being so arrogant.

Cheers guys really enjoyed the video.
One of the truly remarkable positive differences that the RZB offers is as a caveat to a super competitive environment - every GM will go out of their way to try and help you Murph, some of these guys have been playing the game a very long time and have drilled down the details.
I hope I'm reading your comments as just being overly proactive/enthusiastic - please don't alienate your fellow GMs fella.
In RZB and beyond respect is earned and reciprocated.
