This is an excerpt from the 12-10-15 Commissioner Update:
I want to take a moment and talk about my thoughts on trades. I'm affectionately called "Trader Rob" for a reason. I play this game for the thrill of the deal. There is NOTHING like negotiating a big deal and capturing the spotlight of the league. So that brings me to my point about our take on trades. We're not going to micro manage deals in the RZB. If two GMs agree to a deal, they must live with the consequences be it good or bad. I've always played this game and or fantasy football with the notion that the only "fair deal" is a deal that both GMs walk out feeling good about. It's always in the eye of the GMs. Now, I know that sets the league up for sharks to devour some of the newer GMs. My piece of advice to you guys is to proceed with caution. Be smart, use the trade block, ask others for their opinion before you pull the trigger on a deal.

This was my stance at the inception of the league and unfortunately, I deviated from this at various points in the league history. After the past few days, I am going to follow this perspective as I'm not going to cherry-pick what is fair or not moving forward. Nor do I care to protect a GM from themselves. Live with your decisions. Just know if you come in and gut a team and bail that will most certainly be held against you if/when you want to return.

Those who join to cut and run should be removed from what is fun. A mark upon their name suggests that they must never be redressed. We'll make them stand in rank and file, point our fingers and revile those who chose to be our guest and leave their team an utter mess.
EDIT: THE ASS RAPE RULE I LOVE IT
