Ug lagging getting back from vacation and also going almost completely off list in the draft is tough. I have personally never been that route where i could not be around to make picks. So you are seeing them as i am seeing them first glance.
I had 3 trade offers for Benton after the draft. I will say i am sorry anyone that sent messages i am a ton more spot on but have been slammed and work is just as bad. I was willing to trade the pick i had at 1.2 to trade down and take "fodder' in future picks. I was going to trade back or out and so on and so forth but i am sort of stuck now because a later first round pick probably does not fit the bill i was working towards.

First thoughts-I had this pick traded to the Bills for a bunch of picks then he traded up to pick 1 after we talked a little and he went gunshy on Benton. I like the kid we scouted him and got as scouted. I think he looks like a solid stud starting WR for us. We are deep now with 4 potential starting wide receivers.
Pros-8 stats that are 75 or above which is really a big measure of a guy that will pan out. Looks potentially marginally elite.
Cons-Not great on 3rd downs and no return ability. The higher volatility was what scared a few Gms off of him.
Rating-78.7 Elite Starter #4 WR on my big board #25 player on my board.
Grade B+ i See a 67 rated WR if it all pans out.

First thoughts-Defensive back was probably need on the team and offensive line. I was in love with his zone coverage and plan on moving him to safety. He looks like a good player not a great player that will put up 10 years starting and have a good career.
Pros-Decent coverage and elite zone skills with good hands for a defensive back. He excels in zone coverage with reading and reacting but punishes ball carriers in the open field with his 6 foot 2 frame. Good gunner on special teams!
Cons-He does not take a player off but really pedestrian in coverages other then zone. He would be a perfect Tampa 2 cornerback is what i wrote.
Rating-82.6 Grade ALL pro ish level surprisingly #5 CB on my board and #3 Safety on my board #18 player on my big board.
Grade B+I hate to do it again but i think a good not great pick here and i see a 62 ish rated kid.

Yr 2 Pre2-+13/-2 to 53/53 Starting CB that had 80% pass defense last year
Post TC 3-+15/0 to 55 starting CB 3 picks 87 tackles 77 Pass defense LIke him a ton need to get him a pass rush to step up the defense
POst Pre2.3-+14/-1 to 54 Again one of the good or better players in our secondary.
EOS3-+14/-1 to 54 Took over the starter CB role played 12 games 58 tackles 1 pick 18 defensed

First thoughts-OK neat i drafted a Cb that i am moving to S in the 2nd and vice versa in the 3rd lol. I see him as a 2nd tier starting CB and i really like this kid felt like decent value in the 3rd round.
Pros-Great M2M and zone skills almost elite for the draft class. He plays the stout against the run and holds the edge. Great hands and high energy kid.
Cons-Not too handsy which is usually a good thing but BnR he really struggles with. Does not have any return skills but plays some special teams if asked to.
Rating-87.7 All Pro #3 safety on my board #5 CB on my board #11 player on my big board whoa and i think that is overrated but nice value in the 3rd...
Grade A- Good coverage kid should be able to start i like him 64 rated player in all hopefulness.

POst TC Rating-+7/9 to 42/56 I think we just unveiled to what he is supposed to be.
POst PRe2-+7/-6 to 42/59 WEnt back up a little sort of a perfect skillset FB for us though

Post TC3-+22/-8 to 57 Good looking starting FB
POst PRe2.3-+22/-8 to 57 Same starting good FB
EOS3-+22/-8 to 57 Love this kid not a ton of carries but had like 18 catches
POst Pre2.4-+21/-10 to 56 I love a good fullback tbh

40 Time: 4.73
Bench Reps: 24
Agility: 7.46
Broad Jump: 9' 4"
Position Drill: 31
Grade: 4.90
Developed: 52
First thoughts-We took a FB. I mean he looks solid no issues there i try to get value on them and early 4th there was probably a little deeper element but i like him so 4/4 so far on the picks lol i approve on.
Pros-Great runner and reads like a RB despite his nasty 240 pound frame. POtentially an elite run blocker and his main asset is blitz pro. He is good out of the backfield too.
Cons-He is a fullback so there is that. Some people talked about moving him to TE but i want the versatility here. One odd thing is he is not overly powerful more of technique blocker.
Rating-71.6 solid starter material in the house #1 FB on my list and also like 31st on my big board
Grade B+ Again could not give a grade higher then that on him but i show 69 rated....That is too high but potentially!

Broad Jump: 9' 2"
Position Drill: 23
Grade: 4.60
Developed: 44
First thoughts-My notes said undersized DE move or outside 3-4 WLB? We play 4-3
Pros-Stout run defender and an elite pass rusher. We will see if he can gain weight or play DE in heavy pass situations
Cons-Not great at anything besides an overly physical bull rush, not a hard hitter at all, and struggles reading plays more of a send the missile in action type.
Rating-55.5 (Shows 65 as a DE if he can gain the weight)
Grade C+ Not a hateful pick not going to be ideal for us in our defense we have to plug and play him i think.

Pros-The best returner in the country 75 or above in KR, PR, and special teams. Not a bad WR either good 5th WR.
Cons-Not a starting caliber wide receiver despite 48 BP and 61 potential RR.
Rating-59.1 HIgh end starter but his stats are a bit inflated lol

First thoughts-Meh backup RB with high elu so i like him as the change of pace guy.
Pros-Elite looking elusiveness and no 0 bars except in returns.
Cons-Probably just a roster filler but looks like he could spell on 3rd downs or change of pace. He plays special teams too so not as hateful.
Rating-48.8 backup not a hateful grade here this late
