OK now let's look at the best players still left from the last post-
No guards have gone yet so we are still looking at G Sheppard and Hines top 6-7 rated players
and Denver Patrick Williamson as the 3rd rated DB 62/74 and looks like a shutdown corner goes in the 4th as we know.
C Daniels sneaks in there as the top available but being a C he dropped into the 2nd round
Colley the small RG is one of the top 10 rated and of course WR Stenerud is there
1 - 11 (11) Baltimore BigA » change team Weston Shepard G Texas - El Paso

Pros-Weight room passionate is the nicest way i can put this kid. He loved to throw around the steel and contended this last fall in the Strongman contest. He was the best all around offensive lineman at UTEP and actually played OT for three years there. Great first step in the run game and pop when he gets his hands on the defensive lineman. He never missed a play a down at UTEP.
Cons-He showed how strong he was at the combine and had one of the best dashes there also. He really struggled in the 1v1 drills and looked very pedestrian. His sole score was really bad too showing why he was one of the more penalized players in NCAA last year.
Rating A- #2 Guard on our list and to
Grade B+ If this kid holds true you will have me eat crow but i see a potential drop and he looks overrated to me.
Post Season Grade-52/77
PLayed in 11 games and had 11/37 KRbs 0 pancakes and 1 sack allowed.
Highest rated G from last year's draft and the 5th highest rated player overall. I think a brilliant pick with good value hopefully not injury prone.
Grade A Great pick 2nd tier position player great value. I could have seen Stenerud or Noa maybe WIlliamson puts this to an A+ bu1 - 12 (12) Dallas ManWithNoName » change team Britt Austin RB Southern Illinois
![](https://c8.alamy.com/comp/DJKMXR/sept-11-2010-champaign-illinois-united-states-of-america-southern-DJKMXR.jpg)
pros-I love that this is the highest rated Salukis that i have rated on the draft board! This kid is the real deal and an absolute steal here at pick 12 for the Cowboys. He has great power inside and broke the 10+ and 20+ runs in college football this year. He had 7 70 yard runs alone(only 5 were touchdowns lol). He does the most damage right up the guy and is one of the better interior running backs that find daylight in the tiniest spaces. He is great out of the backfield and his kick returning makes him an all purpose 3000 yard weapon guy from day one.
Cons-His top end speed is good not great but he breaks a ton of runs with his gameplay. He is great out of the backfield but at times his eyes are not on the ball and he drops a ton of passes. He also has some durability issues where he works great in a 2 back system ideally but can handle most of the load on offense.
Rating-#2 Rb on my board and #3 played on my board
Grade A+ Probably the best value per pick on the board in this draft.
Post Season Grade-50/56 Rated
6th rated Rb ratingswise from last year.
14 GP 5 starts 134 att 483 yards 4 tds 25 catches for 207 yards 4 fumbles and 554 return yards.
I think he is a nice solid RB but Noa probably looks like the better choice in hindsight or we could have snuck Stenerud in there. I know only Nick knew about him but looking back that is where a value would have been.
Grade B+ Like him as a solid good RB just not a bad pick or an outstanding player very much status quo or slightly above1 - 13 (13) Jacksonville Slimmikey » change team Preston Hines T Louisiana - Lafayette

Pros-Big kid that can do it all. He is a physical run blcoker that really manhandles defensive lineman like children. He is a bear that is in a jersey acting like a human. He is only 21 years old and left ULA as and all american for two years.
Cons-The only real knock on this kid is his sole was really subpar and he will struggle with penalties at times and he is only 11% developed so for him to reach his max potential the team is going to have to take their time with him for the first few years. His endurance is not a problem but is really not ideal for him to be an elite player.
Rating-97.1 #3 OT on my list #20 player on my board
Grade A+ I think he is an 80 rated player that probably ends up in the low 70s that is a stud for Mike.
POst Season Grade-43/75
Good looking kid 16 GS 29/84 KRbs 0 pancakes 12 sacks allowed. Very Raw but looks like a high ceiling here. I think a great pick not much more to say here on it.
Grade A+ I think a stud LT is a great pick at number 13. He gave up 13 sacks but was really raw and under developed too. 1 - 14 (14) Buffalo ChrustifusMax » change team Korey Glover ILB North Carolina State
![](https://i0.wp.com/www.draftblaster.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/02/Germaine-Pratt-NFL.jpg?resize=678%2C381&ssl=1)
Pros-the best pure inside linebacker in this draft. Glover can play the run or the pass and rush the passer. He JUST turned 21 so he is really young and was a DE and linebacker for the WOlfpack. He is a hard hitter and heavy motor guy that is in on every play and does the extra things most players do not to be successful.
Cons-He is really good in everything not great but is a player you can depend on every down. He was a better run defender in college then he showed at the combine and looked a little overrated when he had the shorts on compared to having pads on. He is really raw at 19% dev so do not count on him year 1 for good production
Rating-87.4 #1 rated ILB #35 player on my board
Grade A- Solid but unspectacular linebacker that i think never reaches his 60 is looking draft status.
Post Season Grade-40/59 rated
# 2 Rated LB from last year's draft Conrady(was) i still would love to have Glover in the WLB spot on a 3-4 and i think the kid would be a monster. He posted up 16 GP 5 starts 45 tackles 16 assists 1 Pass defensed and 1 FF
Grade B I have him as a WLB he looks like be played WILB i think good player in the right system1 - 15 (15) Tennessee grimmer » change team Itula Hackett TE Evansville
![](http://aceshof.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/08/Sean-Bennett-e1379971877855.jpg)
Pros-At this point last year i think we had 3 tight ends go in the first round. Hackett is a good blocking tight end that has some wiggle to break tackles in the open field. He also runs decent routes.
Cons-I have Hackett as just an average tight end reciever which can be a knock and i had him rated as a 2nd round pick. Hackett has a low BP rating and his combines were good not not great. I think he shows up as a 45 rated TE. He also does not play special teams which i think you need at tight end.
Rating-81 Rating #3 Tight end on my board and 42 is rated player
Grade-D I love my man Grimmer but i hate this pick. I think it is a 40 rated tight end you can pick up in free agency right now.
Post Season Grade-50/50
Better then i thought he would be rated and mostly due to the RB of 92. He really had a good season this year 15 GP 14 GS 131 targets 71 catches 827 yards and 4 tds 1 FR and 9 drops ouch. 3rd highest rated TE and really in the 50-75 range of rated players. I would have picked someone else but the numbers make this pick a little more worthy in this case
Grade B It is based on the good production and he crept over 50 which makes him solid and starter not a bad pick just a marginal one ![;)](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/wink.png)
1 - 16 (16) Miami FlexD » change team Kennedy Calara RB Michigan State
![](https://www.mlive.com/resizer/B4PuVApseaJ4CGPrwFE3jcNCtu4=/600x0/arc-anglerfish-arc2-prod-advancelocal.s3.amazonaws.com/public/FR3FG54CQZFO5BKHKWTPYOHEHI.JPG)
Pros-Calara is a a track kid that has elite top end speed. He reads and finds and makes holes so he jumped out at me in game. There were games where he really showed me he is elite and patient in his hole recognition. He is a plodder and does not break many for 20+ but barely ever loses yards. He plays special teams and is a great weapon out of the backfield.
Cons-He has great speed but not great at getting the edge. He is not dance type of back so you will see him with positive yards on every play but he wont break the -2 yard play into a 25 yard gain.
Rating-117 #3 RB on my board #5 player on my board
Grade A+ incredible value on a player you can build an offense around his running style.
Post Season Grade-52/63
I still love this kids bars man he looks like a monster but did not play much 0 starts in 15 games 53 atts 268 yards and 1 TD.
He is the 3 rated RB on the list and arguably in the same class as the top 2.
Grade A I love the pick , the player, and the bars. I hate the numbers or lack of playing time but i really think he is a good one here.
