1 - 18 (18) Buffalo * (15 min) ChrustifusMax Jacob Webster S OuachitaPros-This kid was a 3rd or 4th round choice until the combines came into play. He jumped into the Gms eyes was some dazzling speed and he is one of the hardest hitters on tape. He played a lot of corner and has the ability to show coverage and then make a play on the ball. He has good hands and plays all downs even special teams. He is a big looking 6 foot 3 inch kid on the field that scares recievers one on one.
Cons-struggled in zone and BnR in college but i think he will be better in the pros.
Rating-8th player on my board 103.7 All Pro
Grade A+ I think this kid is underrated and i will be a fantastic pro.
Post Season Grade- Man i really thought this kid was hidden a bit in coverage but he does not make the list of the top 30 Dbs in this class. 36/46 rated and he had a rough camp dropping 21 points. He played every game and led all rookie dbs with 92 tackles and 23 assists with 1 sack. His pass defense was really lackluster as he defensed 5 but led the league in rookie catches allowed with 59 for a 71% pass defense.
Grade B- I think a usable kid that probably has to be in the right scheme to succeed but useful.

1 - 19 (19) Dallas ManWithNoName Timothy Blackwell WR UCLAPros-Blackwell has some games where he goes for 200 plus yards and 10 grabs but then has a game of 3 catches for 10 yards. He has an awesome big play ability and plays smart knowing how to keep the chains moving. He crosses the middle and plays tough despite his 180 pound frame. He was only a 1 year starter at UCLA and comes into RZB as a 20 year old rookie.
Cons-Rough route runner that really doesn't do much with the ball after the catch. He will go through spells of forgetting what route to run and even how to catch the ball or it seems like he does. High volatility could be a good and bad thing here and his combines were absolutely average.
Rating-51.3 Starter below my 70+ i stopped counting at
Grade B I think you have a 45 rated BP Wr that is going to struggle to get the ball. It is hard for me to feel good about this pick but i know it was a need for Dallas.
Post Season Grade- I have him as the 12th rated WR in this class at 33/50. He did have a good camp gaining 6 but i have him losing 4 this season future. He played in 6 games but only started 1 with only a grab. I wonder if he ever hits that 50 ish rating platuea.
Grade C+ Can be usable as a 2nd WR but really very much what a free agent player would get you here.

1 - 20 (20) Seattle Nick Harold Graham WR Oregon StatePros-I scouted this kid in person and i got very underrated. I think he is a really good find and one of the lower key prospects that some Gms missed on. He has great big play potential and he never started a game at Oregon State. He left after his 2nd half of his sophomore season he put up 1300 yards in 6 games including the bowl game blowout versus Ohio State. I had this kid rated as a creeper. He blew up the combine and put up the 4th best overall combine for wide receivers. he has good size and can return kicks and punts. This is such a great pick.
Cons-He looks like an average route runner at best but i think he is talented enough to make plays in RZB. He is not the guy to get you 8 yards on 3rd and 8 as he will only get you 7.
Rating-76.1 Starter 37th player on my board
Grade A+ I think a really good pick as i already stated.
Post Season Grade- 47/64 by my scout and boomed 29 in camp. He is the 2nd highest rated WR i have and i still love this kid. I have him as a solid great pick that can do it all. He is not the elite 70 rated top end WR but he can beat the double teams and has the speed to make big plays. His stats this year 3 targets for 1 catch for 10 yards and a TD. he did have 4 returns in the kicking game for 95 yards but really underutilzed up to this point in Seattle.
Grade A+ I love the kid just stuck on a good team struggling to get playing time. I thought about dropping him to an A but this is a good value pick.

Unless Blackwell really surprises me this season that pick was definitely a miss. I had interviewed Kendrick Rheams and knew he was a stud. Should have just grabbed him.

Unless Blackwell really surprises me this season that pick was definitely a miss. I had interviewed Kendrick Rheams and knew he was a stud. Should have just grabbed him. At least he is average and has a better then avg BP bar. He is usable. There are a few picks i have gone through that will not be able to start and play well for a team.

1 - 21 (21) New England ukpatfan Cesar Harden DE Notre DamePros-A hard hitting tackler that finishes and puts the good work in for you on the tackle. He has a great motor and reads plays as if he was playing Tecmo bowl and knew the play beforehand. A good run just not elite and a good move pass rusher off the edge. He forces the edge and makes Qbs have to step into the pocket or release the ball before they want to.
Cons-Harden is down my list a put as he really does get overpowered and his bull rush is underwhelming at best. I think he is a good player but overhyped during this draft.
Rating-69.1 Starter 49th player on my board
Grade B I like the kid and while i think he has some good tools i had him marginally at the end of the 1st early 2nd round and i think he is a little overhyped.
Post Season Grade- 26/66 rated and he jumped +3 in camp but has dipped a few points since then. I first look at the kid and i see 17/79 RD 17/68 PRT 99 PD and 71/81 endurance and i like the kid. I wanted his PRS to be higher but the PH bar took the majority of the combine. He is 25% dev so he may reach that 60 future in a season or two. I hope that RD and PRT stick up 70 plus then i like this pick more. 9 GP 1 GS and the only stats to show for it are 2 assists.
Grade B- I think he is ok if he fully developes but that lack of statline and really hope the future holds true for this guy to pan out.

1 - 22 (22) Pittsburgh ezlee2 (online) Caiden Salmon WR UCLAPros-Blackwell's teammate goes a few picks later and you have to winder how this UCLA team was not better this year. Salmon is a deep threat with great hands. He can make all the catches and crosses the middle or jumps over DBs to make the tough grabs.
Cons-He is sort of a 1 trick pony as you tell him to run deep and hopefully make a catch. He does not separate well and never breaks a tackle with his 0 GD. He is 47% developed so i think what you see here is what you get.
Rating-41.9 Makes ROster Past the 70th dude for sure
Grade B- Man this WR obsession really took off and Salmon looks really pretty but the 0 GD and his RR is rough. 40 catch 500 yards at best WR here in my estimate.
Post Season Grade- 46/53 rated and jumped +4 in camp. This guy can have a career with a dou of Wrs that most players only dream of. He had a career day catches 10 catches for 121 yards and 1 Td in the SB against my Falcons. He is the 4th wheel on offense but put up 16 catches for 211 yards and a TD. He is the 11th rated WR on my roster sheet and probably worth a late round pick. I would not say reach anymore but not a bad pick.
Grade B I think a good number two and in Rob's case a nice 3rd option. I like the pick I think he is at about his ceiling at this point.

1 - 23 (23) Buffalo * (15 min) ChrustifusMax Riddick Rendon WR Florida StatePros-Wow our 9th Wr comes off the boards here and i am amazed because the talent was not there for 9-10 of these guys to go in the 1st round. Rendon is one of those guys i wish i would have scouted personally. He has very little deep play ability if any at all but has good speed and the ability to make defenders miss. He has great hands and body control. He runs smooth precise routes. I marked him in my book as the best 2nd WR in this class.
Cons-Really not a deep play threat at all. He does not play special teams or play in the return game. I want to see how his route running works in the pros as he has some much room in college from defenders he would shake them before they knew where he was.
Rating-82.9 Starter 29th player on my board
Grade B+ I like him more then a few of the other guys but the lack of BP really bothers me this early. I wonder if he is overrated and that is just what i am seeing or wrong.
Post Season Grade- 6th rated WR on my roster board now and more of a player here that i think would have put up even higher numbers in the Steelers gameplan. He has 72/100 RR his BP is 28 which you would like a little higher but we knew he was here with that static and his 64 GD is extremely nice to go with the GD. He has no endurance issues and i would think plays major minutes next year. He had 16 GP 7 Starts 31 targets 14 catches 212 yards on the season.
Grade B+ This is a good pick where i thought he would go with that RR and a just enough BP.

1 - 24 (24) Tennessee grimmer Zane Cliett CB Michigan Pros-Wow that WR elevator got really deep and Cliett is one of the top 15 players in this draft that gets some real value. Cliett is a corner 100% of the time and gets his hands on and locks on wide receivers. He can wreck routes just by his bumps at scrimmage. I do not think i had a corner play more face to face then Cliett this year. He has great hands grabbing 9 picks this last year and does enough in the run game to make a difference.
Cons-At U of M they did not run much zone and Zane may have the ability but he is a product of the system that worked. Here we are going to blitz you stop this guy here from getting the ball...Endurance is an issue at times but not enough to take him off the field
Rating-95.4 Pro Bowl Starter 15th prospect on my list
Grade A+ I love this kid and wow how lucky to be drafting 24th and have him fall into your lap!
Post Season Grade- 54 overall rated and this guy played great with what should have been DROTY IMO. 16 GP 16 GS 45 tackles 20 assists 5 picks 5 defensed 20 caught and 80% pass defense. o yeah he had a FF also. I loved this pick then and i loved it now. He is the 5th highest rated defensive back in this draft and a nice solid pick.
Grade A+ Probably the best steal here and great value on a player that should have gone earlier.

1 - 25 (25) Minnesota Strubbel94 Jamal Conley QB Illinois
Pros-Conley was a latter round pick and was just average at the combine. He started to get a little bit of respect once the Gms were around him more and he is a football junkie. I never would have imagined 1st round nonetheless him starting in RZB but here we are pick 25 of the first round and grabbing my 9th best QB on my chart. He is better then average at reading the rush and stepping up and he is a smart QB knowing where to throw the rock to move the chains. He is a decent scrambler and has better accuracy then you would think.
Cons-He threw the ball a lot this offseason and he just has enough to get it places. He will not throw anyone open and does make risky throws that end up picked off. he ran 78 end of the half possessions and scored 3 tds so he needs to work on the 2 minute drill.
Rating-51.9 Past my list of 70 i stopped counting
Grade C+ OK you got the QB you wanted and he probably is not as good as you see here and....you probably could have grabbed him in the 2nd round.
Post SEason Grade- 20/38 rated and did not play a down. I doubt he really ever will. As i was nice before.
Grade D He made the roster but not a great kick holder or a decent enough backup to be there.

1 - 26 (26) Detroit * OPEN T.J. Robinson DT Washington StatePros-PLays all downs and hardly fatigued. He blocks 7 kicks in college and when he gets his hands on a ball carrier they go down hard. decent pass rusher. Big statics a litle better then his combines
Cons-Not a great run defender but i think is better then he was in college. Not an elite run stuffer or pass rusher so this is a tough kid to grade.
Rating-98.1 All Pro(How lol) 10th player on my board
Grade B- Despite the rating this kid is so ho hum. He does not do anything well and being a big DT you need him to stop the run.
Post Season Grade- 49 rated and the 9th highest rated DT on my roster sheet. He is usable i would love to throw him in as a backup pass rushing DT but that stinks grabbing a guy like this in the 1st round on your roster and having to start and play him and rely on him every down IMO. He had 16 GS and 16 GP 28 tackles 15 assists and 1.5 sacks 6 blocks and 7 hurries so he had a well enough rookie showing as a defensive lineman.
Grade B- Seems fair the guy is usable

1 - 27 (27) Los Angeles (N) Sawblade300 Dale Manning CB West VirginiaPros-Great run defender who throws his body around like a mosh pit. He was the gunner all 3 years at WVU and has probably the best pure hands on a defender in this draft. He makes plays on the ball and plays the Qb well.
Cons-He is not the greatest cover corner and i almost think he may be better at S. He struggles with endurance at times staying on the field for all the downs.
Rating-97 All Pro 11th player on my board
Grade A I think at this point a really good choice and he would have come off the board had the league not taking their WR crazy pills.
Post Season Grade- 37/51 rated kid that dropped 18 in camp. Endurance is a major issue and he has really not much BnR which is a major part of being a good cornerback. he is still dev and is valuable probably can be used as a 2nd CB with good ball skills and man skills. He played sparingly this year for the Rams with 1 tackle in 9 games played. With the way the Rams played you probably should have played him more you had nothing to lose.
Grade-B Drafting him and a slight drop is one thing but never playing him when he looks usable with 80 plus int and 49 man and 70 RD is baffling.

1 - 28 (28) Tampa Bay WilleB Diego Hancock DE Iowa StatePros-A really good all around defensive end that is the type that is not going to give you the shiny car but will get you to and fro work as reliable as can be. He is another great special teamer as he blocked 4 kicks last year and 1 punt at ISU. He hits hard and uses his frame of 284 pounds to make himself feel bigger on contact. he also has a good bull rush as he gets good leverage on the offensive lineman.
Cons-Stable player and not a knock at all. He plays the run ok and his finesse pass rush is decent.
Rating-94.8 All Pro 14th player on my board
Grade A- a good player and a good pick at this point. I put him at a B+ originally but he really is a worthy good pick here just on reliability.
Post Season Grade- I look at Diego and i like his bars. There are alot of Red and green and he looks good. But as a defensive lineman he has 23/59 RD 28/64 PRT 53 PRS and 52/68 Endurance. He has this 36/60 rating but the guy is not that good of a defensive lineman. I would almost wonder what his ability would be as an oversized linebacker just to get the use out of those ratings. He is the 6th rated DE in the class he had 12 GP 10 GS 10 tackles 8 assists 1.5 sacks 2 blocked 5 hurries and 1 FR.
Grade-B+ I mean he is just an average defensive end with some coverage skills IMO. He is useable but not great.

1 - 29 (29) Buffalo * (15 min) ChrustifusMax Spencer Del Barco S Louisiana StatePros-Del Barco played alot of S in college and i see him moving into the CB spot at the next level. He shows good elite skills in coverage and is big and physical. he has good hands and plays the run well.
Cons-Low static and not much of a hitter. He relies on his teammates to make the tackle and he tries to split the ball. I think he is slightly overrated from what you see on his bars but just a smidge
Rating-62.2 Starter Makes Roster57th player on my board
Grade B+ I think if he ends up a nice 50 rated CB everyone is happy
Post Season Grade- 27/44 He dropped a rough 21 points in camp. This kid looks awful and i mean just like a free agent pick up. I mentioned overrated but i said a smidge. I would have guess mid 40s average but ht will probably not make 40 rated. He has 16 GP 12 GS 32 tackles 11 assists 1 int 1 defensed 30 caught and 73% pass defense.
Grade C- i have to admit he does not make my roster list at all under rosters 2nd year players CBs. He looks like a 4th or 5th DB.

1 - 30 (30) Cincinnati * Julio Riddols (online) Ron Lerma WR East Carolina Pros-Here is a guy i had rated a little higher i guess then most teams. He is a sweet route runner and can really do it all. I had 5-6 wrs projected in the 1st round and he was one of them so this feels like a really nice value. He is a good kick returner and really adapt at making the hard catch. He is a deep threat at times and can also make defenders lost their feet on the fly.
Cons-His speed at the combines was underwhelming but he is a game player that showed up in each tape. He is a little lower then you ideally want on endurance.
Rating-54.1 Makes Roster 64th player on my board
Grade A+ I think with all the Wrs thrown around here this is a really good value at the end of the 1st.
Post Season Grade- 49/56 rated and the 9th best WR on my roster list. He dropped 13 in camp but looks like a really good value based on the WRs that went ahead of him. 68/89 RR 47 BP and 46 GD he is a good weapon. 16 GP 16 GS 54 targets 33 catches for 324 yards and 2 tds and 14 KR for 132 yards. I think a solid rookie season that can be grown from here.
Grade A Not a bad pick at all but with all that PT on that team i would have liked to see a little better numbers from the kid.
